EASILY UPDATE BIOMETRICS AND IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS ONLINE ON VRB'S EPLUS APPLICATION

To help customers update biometric information and identification documents conveniently and easily, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) has officially launched the feature of collecting biometrics and identification documents for corporate customers directly on the ePlus Electronic Banking application (ePlus App), helping the authentication and transaction process become safe and fast.
Applicable subjects:
- For biometric information: Legal representative, General Director/Director, Chief Accountant and Authorized Person of the enterprise.
- For identity document information: Legal representative, Chief Accountant, Authorized person, Person assigned to conduct transactions via electronic banking in the following cases:
+ Identity document is no longer valid.
+ Legal representative is a Vietnamese citizen but identity document on the VRB system is a Passport.
With just a few simple steps on the ePlus App, you can:
- Actively update information anytime, anywhere
- Ensure continuity, avoid interruption of transactions and services due to lack of authentication information
