2. Prepare documents according to the consultant's instructions
- Request on card issuse (download)
- ID card /Passport (valid) & other documents
3. Submit application to nearest Branch/Transaction Office
- Submit card issuance application to nearest VRB Branch/Transaction Office Receive Card and PIN
- Receive Card and PIN at VRB Branch/Transaction Office

The username is the login name/phone number/email registered with the bank; the password is your current password.
