From Sept. 17 to 24, 2011 the X Session meeting of Vietnam – Russia Task Force Group on inter-bank cooperation has been carried out in Moscow (Russia) with the participation by State Bank of Vietnam delegation led by the Governor, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh.

    Vietnam and Russia will continue their cooperation in geological survey and oil and gas production in Vietnam’s continental shelf within the framework of the Vietnamese-Russian oil and gas joint venture (JV) Vietsovpetro after 2010.

Việt Nam and Russia just reached a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on training nuclear energy experts, under which Vietnamese experts will be sent to Russia’s national nuclear energy group Rosatom in September.
